Helping business leaders simplify operations, improve productivity, and unlock their team’s potential.
Anthony Collins, Founder,
Work Better Studio
As businesses evolve, old ways of working start to creak. Processes multiply, meetings expand, and teams spend more time coordinating than creating value.
We help leaders bring order, focus, and flow back into their operations, so growth feels easier again.
We redesign how work works. Instead of adding complexity, we remove friction - simplifying systems, clarifying roles, and making performance visible.
What we do
Our mix of advisory work, structured online programmes, and practical tools delivers results teams can feel and measure:
Advisory - working with teams in-person to fix key processes and develop internal improvement capability.
Learning - structured, self-paced online learning programmes
Tools - eBooks, templates and online tools to support the improvement journey
How we work
Whether through an advisory engagement or our online learning programmes, the approach is the same:
Stabilise - understand what’s really happening.
Simplify - eliminate waste and make work flow.
Strengthen - build repeatable ways of working better.
Sustain - lock in improvements and culture.
A practical, people-centred approach to improving how work gets done.
Why Work Better Studio?
Work Better Studio was founded by Anthony Collins, a practitioner with decades of experience running and improving complex, people-heavy organisations.
His approach combines real operational leadership with deep experience applying Lean principles in service and office environments - where work is invisible, variable, and human-led.
His work has been recognised internationally, including hosting best practice visits in Ireland and France on behalf of Enterprise Ireland and the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation.
Who’s this for?
Any service, manufacturing or public-sector organisation - large or small - that depends on human-led processes such as finance, customer service, sales, administration, HR or general management.
