Why Work Better Studio

Work Better Studio was founded by Anthony Collins who has extensive experience applying Japanese Lean principles to service and office operations.

After decades running complex service organisations, Anthony brings real operational leadership rather than consultancy theory. His practical, jargon-free approach helps teams work better immediately, build capability over time, and sustain improvement without relying on external consultants.

Anthony’s work in Lean and productivity improvement has been recognised internationally, with invitations to speak at business schools and conferences, and to host Lean best-practice visits on behalf of Enterprise Ireland and the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation.
